Welcome to ChristianDaily. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ChristianDaily mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Thunder Rebel LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using ChristianDaily, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Responsibility

4. Subscriptions

• Billing: ChristianDaily offers subscription plans billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is processed by Apple, not by us directly.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified of any price changes in advance, and changes will apply to the next billing cycle after notice.
• Free Trials: If offered, free trial periods automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

ChristianDaily uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized devotionals, biblical insights, and prayer guides. This AI-generated content is provided for inspirational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for pastoral counsel, professional theological advice, or professional mental health services. We encourage you to consult with qualified spiritual leaders and professionals for guidance on personal matters.

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. We make no warranties regarding the theological accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

6. User Content

• Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create within ChristianDaily, including journal entries, prayer requests, and personal reflections.
• Our Content: All other content within the Service, including design, branding, AI-generated text, and app features, is owned by Thunder Rebel LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users of the Service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thunder Rebel LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thunder Rebel LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
